How pricing works
Ingredients — extra
Package prices cover the chef's planning, cooking and service. Ingredients are billed separately at actual cost with receipts — or you may purchase them yourself from a shopping list we share.
Travel — within Nagercoil included
Travel within Nagercoil town limits is included. Locations elsewhere in Kanyakumari District and beyond are charged per km, quoted upfront before you confirm.
Guest count & menu
Prices are tentative starting points. The final quote depends on guest count, number of dishes, choice of meat or seafood, and service style.
Helpers, crockery & equipment
Additional service staff, serving crockery, chafing dishes or live-counter equipment can be arranged on request at an extra charge.
Confirming your date
A booking is confirmed only after Chef Kavin approves the date and final price. A small advance secures your date; the balance is paid on the day.

Do you bring your own ingredients?+
We can source everything for you (billed at actual cost with receipts) or share a detailed shopping list if you'd rather buy them yourself.
How far in advance should I book?+
For weekends and festival dates, 1–2 weeks ahead is ideal. For weekdays, 3–4 days is often enough. Last-minute requests are welcome — just WhatsApp us.
Can you cook for allergies or special diets?+
Absolutely. Vegetarian, vegan, Jain, low-oil, diabetic-friendly, nut-free and gluten-aware menus are all possible. Please mention it in your enquiry.
Do you need my kitchen?+
Yes, a basic home kitchen with a stove and some counter space is all that's needed. For larger events we can bring additional burners and equipment.
Which areas do you serve?+
Nagercoil and all of Kanyakumari District. Thiruvananthapuram and other nearby cities are possible on request with travel charges.
How is the booking confirmed?+
After you enquire, Chef Kavin reviews your date and requirements and sends a menu and quote. Once you approve it and pay the advance, you'll receive a booking confirmation on WhatsApp.
